With 15 years of experience helping companies set up documentation processes and generating written materials, Technical Communications Manager, Katie Radloff, is adept at making complex concepts easier to understand. Radloff works closely with the Visual Communications Manager to create HPT's users manuals, help files, How-To documents and the latest web-based videos that instruct clients, not only on how to use products and technology, but how to look at the results in a whole new way. "Our customers are more successful with contracts when they better understand the market," says Radloff who finds personal satisfaction in her job.
